Test Operator Job Description

Realtime technologies are seeking a Test Operator. The Test Operator is responsible for performing ICT and functional testing on PCBs, assemblies and other test procedures and systems used in finished equipment.

Realtime is an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider. We constantly invest in people and technology to stay at the forefront of electronics manufacturing.

Requirements:

Be responsible for the Quality of products (printed circuit boards
Understand the test and assembly processes for board tested
Identify component types, material defects. To affix appropriate marking in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures
2 years Test Operator/Electronic Tester experience
Computer literate including knowledge of Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skills with production operators, management team and customers.
Be proactive with a will do attitude.
Should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Good prioritizing, planning and time management skills.
Be flexible and good at multitasking.
Good housekeeping.
Work well with a team or on their own initiative.
Excellent time keeping and attendance.

Assist in reviewing Pick lists based on customer orders and pulling the right product for each order.

Maintain warehouse stock and assist in fulfilling orders.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year experience in materials handling.
Excellent communication skills with production operators, management team and customers.
Accuracy when counting, measuring, adjusting and transacting materials on ERP system.
Computer literate including knowledge of excel and word.

Assembly Operator

Assembly Operator Job Description

Technically orientated person (assembly operator) is required to assemble electronic devices. Work within the Production Department, soldering electronic components, kit picking, building production units, testing.

Assembling and testing of electronic products to exacting internal and customer specifications.
Be responsible for the quality of the products before releasing to final inspection process by inspection of assemblies according to the standards, testing to specified test parameters.
Recording builds, rejecting of nonconforming product and reporting any deviations from the required standard to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year.
Soldering experience would be advantageous.
Manual handling experience, ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings.
Good organizational skills with attention to details.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own.
Work-related references will be required.
