We are now recruiting a Test and Debug Technician to repair for a wide range of Electronics systems.

Requirements:

  • Test, Debug and Repair electronics using processes developed by Engineering
  • Debug to component level
  • Maintain and keep test equipment up to date
  • Implement Engineering Changes and update test processes as required
  • Build test equipment to Engineering specifications
  • Work with customer engineers to validate tests and identify any quality or installation issues
  • Implement improvement activities based on the results from data analysis and quality metrics
  • Implement process improvements to reduce internal and supplier quality issues and to continually improve a product, customer and supplier performance.

Essential

  • Electronics qualification
  • Experience in an electronics company registered for ISO9000 or similar
  • Proven ability to communicate, build positive business relationships and to work within a team.
  • Experienced and capable of multi-tasking and working on time-critical projects/deadlines.

Desirable

  • Knowledge and interest in Renewable Energy systems

Realtime technologies are seeking a Test Operator. The Test Operator is responsible for performing ICT and functional testing on PCBs, assemblies and other test procedures and systems used in finished equipment.

Realtime is an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider. We constantly invest in people and technology to stay at the forefront of electronics manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Be responsible for the Quality of products (printed circuit boards
  • Understand the test and assembly processes for board tested
  • Identify component types, material defects. To affix appropriate marking in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures
  • 2 years Test Operator/Electronic Tester experience
  • Computer literate including knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills with production operators, management team and customers.
  • Be proactive with a will do attitude.
  • Should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good prioritizing, planning and time management skills.
  • Be flexible and good at multitasking.
  • Good housekeeping.
  • Work well with a team or on their own initiative.
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance.
