turnkey systems integration and configure to order service.
From supply chain management through to customer supplied material Realtime Systems Integration will manage the
process to ensure on time delivery of high quality systems. To compliment our integration capabilities we offer
full test and burn in services as well as comprehensive traceability on all systems.
Realtime Systems Integration also provides a field service support offering which is in place with some of our
OEM customers whereby our highly skilled personnel go to the relevant data centers to deal with installation
and servicing.
Our right first time approach has added value to several key installation projects across key markets in the
E.U. We work in close partnership with our customers to ensure configuration and order fulfillment processes
are seamlessly integrated, which helps to ensure that the critical path of such projects runs without
interruption.
